Hi everyone and happy new year,
My MM convertible has been sat under the car port for the past 12 months while Ive been doing the extension on the house.
The extension is now finished and I want to get Hilda back on the road.
I guess there'll be some things that have seized and gummed up in 12 months, I'd welcome any advice on checking her over, whats likely to have gone wrong and getting her back on the road.
Many thanks,
Mike.

If you are lucky the only bits they may have stuck are the clutch and possibly some of the brake cylinders, best thing is to make sure the battery is fully charged, and see how easy she starts without trying to reset anything at first, making sure that the 1st thing you hear is the fuel pump ticking if not just give the points a clean, as the car was running ok when you put it away just try to get it running 1st, remember to check that there is oil, water and that sort of thing, let us know how you get on.
