Hi this another car i have done, this one is my eldest's car a mk2 fiesta

before
Image

Image
after
Image
the fiesta has had a full body respray including the engine bay
Image
the eldest lad then fitted the full n.o.s geniune ford RS body kit and genuine ford RS 13" 7 spoke alloy wheels, all the credit goes to him for that
Image

Image
the eldest also preped all the body work proir to me spraying. He then removed the engine. removed the head and reground all the valves, fitted new valve stem seals, fitted a timing belt, fitted a new clutch, fitted new rear brake shoes, he then repainted the under floor ,rear axel beam, suspension units, all plastic parts incl bumpers, mirrors, spotlights etc, engine and gearbox, a total of five weeks in the making not a bad job for an 18 year old

well done keep up the good work

cheers dusty :D :D

lol. Small world.
I chat to him over on the XRtwo forum.

I wandered if his Dad would be on here. He's often posted pics of random parts that are easily identifiable as bits of minor.

Rare to see an RS kit fitted so tidily. XR/Ghia bumpers too. Very smart.

small world indeed
Similar thing happened to me. Joined 'Retrobike' forum and a local lad replied to one of my posts. not only does he like old pushbikes but his daily drivers of choice are VW's (like me) and his dad is heavily into Minors!
