Roof Rack Fittings

Going on holiday to Norfolk next week...

I've got an old metal roof/luggage rack which I need to fit. It has legs at each of the corners that rest on the channel running along the bottom of the roof of the Morris. I have one problem though - I don't have the brackets to make it stay!

Does anyone know where I might get the relevant brackets? NB that it is not one like this ( http://morrisminorspares.co.uk/shop/pop ... b75f0ffb74 ) with a middle arm extending down, each corner attaches directly to the roof channel.

Would be grateful if someone could point me in the right direction.

Thanks!

Unfortunatley mine is of the linked type .. but I have vauge memories of the kind of rack you desrcibe ... wasnt it just an L shaped piece of metal with a butterfly bolt to attach it to the main body?

and a tip - if you go to the local car parts place and buy a battery clamp kit, you can use the threadded hooked rods. This way you only need to bend up some steel for the clamp part
