Surely all you need to do is cut the panels out and leave them near the car. These were numbers issued to cars who had "lost" their original registration numbers (sold or transferred off the vehicle) ?SL was issued to these cars using left over numbers not issued in the Sterling area of Scotland, but there are other numbers - we have 2 cars with BPR on these were also not issued plates put on cars that had lost their originals
