Are the traveller doors (front) the same as the doors on a two door saloon?

Actually, just to throw a spanner in the works, Travellers had stainless door tops whereas 2 doors had painted...

Presumably the would still fit? I've decided not to do any repair work on the bottom on the trav doors but will wait till I find a couple of good doors from a saloon or trav. Join the queue I hear you say!!
Good luck with the new car - I expect the cat is still trying to find it's way back to Aldershot

The cat got off the transporter as soon as the car started rolling up - didn't stop it getting up when the guy was reversing though!
The doors themselves are the same,e its just the door tops differ (if you didn't want a painted top you can swap them over)

I was forgetting the tops, fixating on the atual door size.....

but as Dan says the stainless will swap straight over from the old doors, (been there done that) giving you the best of both worlds!

I know that stainless tops were fitted from the factory on 4 doors - not sure if they ever did painted though

i saw that he had postage on door i think i will be going to see him at the end of next week so i could try to take some more pics if you like. i managed to get a very good one from a different seller on ebay last month it had no rot and had never been repaired for only £20 so all i can say is to keep looking

Thanks Dave - I'm talking to someone at the moment who's got two and he's going to let me know how much over the weekend. If I can't afford them please keep a look out for me. Four eyes are better than two
£20 is pretty amazing for that - I doubt if that would come up too often
