Clearly not a Minor adjuster. Maybe a Riley - they had Girling brakes.

That looks more like an expander than an adjuster. Could be A35 - they had girling brakes, with mechanically actuated rears.

I thought adjusters were for compensating rear brakes for differences in load carried. I don't know of these on the saloon braking system - unless they are on the commercials?
