Ease of replacing rubbers?

Hi,
How easy (in terms of not breaking the windows etc) is it to replace all the window rubbers. The rubbers on the little 2 door that I'm doing up are pretty bad (or should that be ugly and bad) I've managed to prevent water getting in using silicone sealant but I'm aware that that is a litterally stop-gap procedure.
While not as vital as some of the work I'll be doing (or getting done in the case of the welding) it's probably a good idea so she doesn't rust from the inside out!
