Ease of replacing rubbers?

Hi,

How easy (in terms of not breaking the windows etc) is it to replace all the window rubbers. The rubbers on the little 2 door that I'm doing up are pretty bad (or should that be ugly and bad) I've managed to prevent water getting in using silicone sealant but I'm aware that that is a litterally stop-gap procedure.

While not as vital as some of the work I'll be doing (or getting done in the case of the welding) it's probably a good idea so she doesn't rust from the inside out!

i would say that its quite a tricky job. on a split screen its a nightmere.
its tough on the fingers and great care has to be takern not to rip the rubber. best leave it to experenced hands, although i would always recomend doing it yourself
