Following from Roger's post suggesting a website rally in late August / early September, please vote for your preferred date.
The location has yet to be fixed but will probably be in the Oxford / Bucks area and there may be a possibility for camping facilities to be available nearby.
The weekend of 29th/30th August is a bank holiday and there are quite a few other rallies being held in early September (North London / Kent Hops / Midlands regional) so it will be difficult to find a date that suits everyone. I have added a poll so I suppose the fairest way will be to go with the date that gets the most votes.

Website Rally - best date?

Mike,
As you can see on the other thread, Roger has suggested the end of August / start of September for the rally and has asked people to state their preferred dates. A 'poll' makes it easier to see at a glance the most popular dates rather than read through lots of different postings. The website rally is an informal event, and there is no appointed 'organiser' as such, but once a date is fixed the arrangements can start to be made. Roger organised the last web rally (and did a very good job of it) but it wouldn't be fair to expect him to do it all again so hopefully yourself, and others, will offer to help with any arrangements if you are able to. As has happened with the previous web rallies, a selection of dates are put forward so that people can express their preference as it's important to get a date fixed asap. There is no point having a rally if only the organiser (s) can actually attend as the point is to get as many people from the board together as possible!

ps: No need to be so formal with your posting
