I'm pretty certain that there are three types of bonnet:
The short one which was fitted to the early MM (just about obsolete now I guess).
The later longer type for the split screens ( I think the scuttle being pointed towards the centre, requires a different profile and hard to come by).
Then the post split screen bonnet (most common version), this will be your type. I've seen this one on ebay quite often and they do go for pennies/a few pounds.
Wings, your type will take the ones suppliers supply (it's only low lights these don't fit). Yes the side lights may be different. It'll just require a bit of drilling and filling to make your lights fit if different. ;)
Oh yes forgot.... the wings that suppliers supply I'm led to believe don't fit too well. We've been told Hadrian do better ones... but some on here disagree. You could get genuine leyland ones from ebay and repair... the choice is yours.

Dean, you are correct about the bonnet types. They are probably the most robust panel on the car so unless they get seriously dented then they are almost indestructable. Also they are a very inconvenient panel to keep as a spare as they are so bulky. Best source of spares is probably a scrappy.
