Quarterlights
Please can someone tell me if the quarterlight lock/handle can be replaced, how does the pin it pivots on come out?

Sadly, it's not intended to be replaceable!
Either take the glass out and assist the pin from the frame, or remove the riveted end, change the latch and drill/tap the end and loctite a screw in... but personally I'd get another complete quarterlight.
Make sure it's the same - there are 2 types of hinges so 2 different hinge screw locations!
