how do you remove the outside (n/s and o/s) door handle on a 2door?

take the interior trim panels off
remove the internal door lock
remove the window winder
either remove the entire window surround or just the back part by the b post
remove the glass
remove the escution ( plate around the handle)
undo the three screws holding the handle in
on the passenger side you need to remove the little piece that you can unlock the car with , stick a little screw drive in the hole on under side of the lock inside the door and pull the internal part of the lock.
insure that the lock is unlocked then just twist and pull it out
remove the internal door lock
remove the window winder
