Where can I get paint for minor scrapes?

Where can I get paint for minor scrapes?

I found a scrape on my rear wing today, and wanted to try and sort it out myself as its only paintwork, but don't know where to get paint for small touch up jobs like this.
Such a shame as the car was resprayed just before I bought it, and I don't even know how it happened!
