I've promised to show a friend how to change his fuel pump points at the National this weekend. Would anyone else be interested in bringing their spare fuel pumps along to be fettled at an unofficial 'fuel pump workshop' in the website area of the campsite on Saturday afternoon?

I don't suppose you'd like to demonstrate fitting a saloon headlining too would you?

I might just do that! I've had a new headlining sitting in the garage for more than 5 years but have never been brave enough to fit it. Been put off by too many horror stories on here about how tricky it is to do

Anyone want to volunteer to do a windscreen rubber change?

How about we set up a 'website' service centre? People can specify the jobs they need a hand with and any willing volunteers can be repaid in tea and cakes

I have a fuel pump that I don't think works, might be useful for stripping down.

I think I have a couple in various stages of decomposition; if I do make it to the National I will bring them along (remind me... )
