Do these spark plugs look ok

Look like they have caught the sun. Better pop them back in the shade of the cylinder head :lol:

Actually they are a lovely healthy colour :wink:

some fuel additives can turn the deposits on the plugs /valves etc a redish colour

It runs on unleaded but it is obviously possible that the previous owner added stuff ! But all looks good anyway.

Yes, they are a bit red.
Are you using a fuel additive? And if so, are you using it with the correct ratio?

They aren't black or white, so nothing terminal going on, but they should be more brown than red, and ideally should be beige.

The overal colour of the insulator looks fine - just right in fact - the red will be from some strange additive.
