I am looking to renew all of the floors,sills,spring hangers and center crossmember on my 61,2 door minor.I take it that I replace the floors and sills first before I weld in the cross member.Is this right ?

Yes but the floor repairs usually weld to the top of the crossmember so leave that but until the new crossmember is fitted. If the car is very rotten it would be wise to brace the door appertures before cutting the old floors out to retain the correct shape.
