Can someone please tell me what the tappet clearance should be on a 1275 Marina engine; is it 12 thou?

12 thou for inlets - 15 thou for exhausts. This to allow for the increased expansion of the HOT exhaust valve when running. You can make them all 15 thou if you wish - Rover specified that on later engines anyway.
