brake light switch

Hi again need some info off the 'wiser ones' Have replaced the brake light switvh on my moggy and now have no brakes, in what order do i ned to bleed them? and is this normal as no fluid was lost.

Since you had the system open at the front - you will need to bleed the front brakes - start at the nearside - that may be enough, if still no good try the offside. There should be no need to bleed the rears - although if they have not been bled for some time - it's a good idea to work new fluid through them from time to time anyway.

Have you checked the fluid level in the master cylinder? If you are lucky when you change the brake light switch the brake fluid will gravity feed to the switch and you may get away without having to bleed the brakes unless the fluid level is low.

That's what I would have expected too - but ade reports NO brakes !
