Traveller Window Runners

I,m replacing the side runners (sliding lower ones)
Any tips on securing them? Have read to pin them but that doesn't appear easy in the limited space.

Dunno about fixing them - but be SURE to leave the drain holes through the timber open!

Once you've fitted the window rubber inside the wood ( top and bottom and sides, it is suggested that you screw these to the wood of the waistrail and roof rail. A small pilot hole first makes this easier. Also make sure these holes don't line up with the drain holes as BMC mentions above. These need to be screwed down firmly into the wood so that when the glass is fitted they do not foul the glass.

They would have been screwed from the factory. I can take pic if you need any & messure the screws/spacing.
