email alert

Hi does anybody know how I can get an email alert when I have new mail, I`m using a hotmail account, bit thick when it comes to computers

Not sure you can do it with hotmail, unless you have MSN messenger open & signed in

Tony,

When logged in to the site go to Profile (along the top) that will open a list of options for you. Make sure the box for getting email notifications is checked and that should work. Works with Yahoo so can't see why it wouldn't work with Hotmail.

hotmail has to be on then when u get new mail it will pop up from the righthand side of pc
