I Had a Master cylinder replaced. Iv just had Servo kit fitted fitted. Its on the road use it daily been ok for 4 weeks but now they have locked on again.
Any Ideas as no one eles has been able to fix it.

unfortunately you have totake the master cylinder out to remove the little seal
it may be possible to do it in situ but doubtful
some one may come along and suggest maybe a way of doing it in situ

There's a metal thing that looks a bit like a top-hat, and inside it is a similarly-shaped rubber seal. It's that seal you want to remove.

There is something called a valve cup that goes into Valve Body and i can see you would have to remove the master cylinder to do it What do you think have i got the right bit?

Yes, that's the one.
Only remove the cup; leave the valve body in.

It may simply be the servo that has locked the brakes on - worth checking before delving into the master cylinder. But the reality is - it likely is that troublesome seal! Is the servo connected to both front and rear brakes - or just the fronts ?

well its not really a troublesome seal, it just needs to be done

Seems to cause a fair bit of trouble - one way or another! But I stand corrected - the seal is not troublesome - it's just where it IS that causes the trouble !
