Morris Minor Owners Club

I'm looking to sell my Morris minor but unsure of how much it's worth.

I have a Morris minor 1000 4 door saloon 1965 Dove grey (baby blue). It had a paint job a few years ago but rust is bubbling through by the lights on the front boot lid and bottoms of the doors. the interrior is in a good condition, new carpet, driver seat squab, and new padding for all the seats. s/s exhause head gasket done about 200 miles ago has a sterio. Good tyres, new distibuter cap, rotor arm and HT leads. Loads of receipts for work done to it, an dold mot certificates including fails. Sills both done within the year. and would besold with 12 months MOT, slight dent drivers side front wing.

Pricing guides say around £2000, wondering if this is realistic

I would say more like £1000 in the current climate..... Sorry

Just for info, Dove grey is a light grey colour (same as my '63 car). The baby blue colour is called smoke grey.

I too would say £2000 is a bit steep in the current climate but you should get £1000 for it depending on the underside condition.

if all structure is ain a good way, and any welding that has been done was done properly

then £1000 to £1250.00

It's got dove grey on the registration documents but it is baby blue. The underneith is solid and has been fully under sealed.
