I want to repaint my heater panel inside the car but wondered what options there are to renew the lettering 'screen', 'car' etc

I was thinking of white letraset lettering but there doesn't seem to be any of this around anymore.

Have a vinyl strip laser cut as a template, stick onto heater, spray with white paint and remove whilst still tacky. Should give a high def finish for very little outlay, and if you are carefu itl might be re useable.

I recently bought black Letraset from WHS, might do white?

Replied to PM - but for other's benefit I got the Letaset direct from Letraset themselves, I googled "Letraset" and got their web site, which is pretty poor TBH, but I did manage to find the font and size I needed - I think it was Helvetica bold 5mm but I could be wrong. I phoned in the order and it only took a couple of days in the post - quite easy really.

You might find it in a stationers etc. of course, but I tried and failed!

All the best :D :D

I found some in an office supplies shop. Perfect match. Only thing was I had to repaint the plate with satin black and varnish over the lettering as it wouldn't have lasted on the original finish.
