The rear right brake light on my car does not work when I press the pedal and I know for a fact that it not the bulb (as I've changed it). Could it be a loose connection or do people have any advice on this one ????

Bad wire connection - poor earth connection - second faulty bulb, swap it over to the other side - and of course - stuck or broken/corroded contacts inside the rear lamp unit!

Check that you have 12 volts on the centre contact tip of the lamp base. If you have then its an earth fault. If not then its a broken or corroded conection on the power side.

You will just have to check through each bullet connector in turn. Is it a saloon or Traveller?

Probably a stuck brake light switch if your bulbs are all ok. Sometimes they come round with use, new ones dont seem to last long at all.

Unlikely (to say the least) if the other brake light is working ok !
