I suppose a few of you know that I've not been too well for the last two years, especially last year, I was hospitalised a couple of times and missed quite a few shows :-? and the ones I did attend I couldn't walk very far but at least I went.. one show I did attend I ended up in the paramedics tent on oxygen for about 20 minutes, never felt such an idiot as my mates kept popping in to the tent to see if I was still alive  think a few wanted my Moggy
Well, the upshot of all this is I did eventually sell my lovely Moggy to my good mates son ( swine.. ) after he pestered me for it, at leat I know it's gone to a good home and will be looked after and at least I'll still see it when I eventually get to some shows. This was all new to me... being classic-less..... as I also sold my other classics :-?
Just before I took ill again at Christmas I got chance of a Singer Gazelle off my neighbours son, he's had it 7 years and fully restored it to an excellent standard so I ( being the classic nut that I am ) bought it off him. Been out for a drive in it today and it's wonderful BUT not as exciting as a Moggy......... so guess what.... my wife thinks I'm mad but now on the lookout for another good Moggy   I only hope my lungs hold on a bit longer.....

Once the bug bites
You're right again Bill  I blame the medication I was on at the time, I regretted it the minute he drove off in it :-? just goes to show how easy it is to make mistakes even at 27 + VAT
Thanks for your good wishes Frank... but I never will be any better now, too much smoking and drinking over the years...... but I enjoyed every minute

Thanks Ray.....
Yes they are quite powerful with the 1725 engine, seems to cruise without effort at 70, but not as nice as a Moggy
I'm off to look at a Moggy tomorrow, so here's hopeing ....
