What kind of laquer can I use to improve the sheen on enamel paint?

I bought a 2K laquer (aerosol) for my dashboard modifications - pics coming soon! which I found really good, dries quite quick so wont pick up too much dust and I think it is able to go over anything.
It came from our local auto paint supplier.

2K? Doesn't that have to be used in a controlled environment? :-?

A bit more info:
I am respraying a bike frame and have used enamel paint to match the sanded-back original finish. The only enamel laquer I can find is tiny modelling spray cans at a ridiculous price. Hence my original question for an alternative. I really want to finish it with aerosol as I have no other spraying tools.

The one I used is:-
HB Auto Clear MS+ 496 2K Clear in a 400ml tinand is made in Greece! £10
It seems to go on nice with a good fan pattern from the jet, but I am sure there are many other similar products, which can be applied to a variety of paint/varnish finishes.
