Remember me saying a while ago about me going in hospital to have my knees done?
Well i had my op on both knees but it was not good news and it looks like my moggying days are over, and i have decided to sell my mog so someone else will get the benefit.
She is up for sale at the moment but i am NOT putting her on e bay, hopefully as the weather gets better it will attract interest i would like her to go to a club member who will look after her.

Sorry to hear that news Mark - someone was looking for a nice Minor to take to Germany just today. Look at my post - "Hannah" in the cars for sale section - Her name is Steph. Good luck and best wishes mate

Sad news indeed, would it help getting the moggy converted to automatic? would be a shame if you can keep a car you love by doing some modificaitons to your current car..just a thought

Good thought Charlie - I seem to remember that Ford Escort engines and auto boxes can be used to good effect. I think Paul Humphries is knowledgeable on this subject?

Terrible news! I'll just keep on with the painkillers as long as possible, can't imagine being moggyless.

hello concider your car i am a long term chronic pain sufferer i changed from 4 door morris to 2 door morris as they are 6 inches wider i have 4 very different cars non aleviate the pain to any real degree, the 2 door is better to get in and out but no difference in pain levels once in, my point is give the morris a fair chance, all the best grandad

Such a shame. Is there really nothing to be done with seating and the like?
You could even go so far as to fit an aftermarket pedal box, for a more 'friendly' angle on the pedals.

man i can relate i have chronic back pain the doctors want to do surgeroy but i will be basically be disabled afterwards will still be able to walk just not work and theres no gaurntee the pain will go away.
I stick with pain killers i hate it but its the cheapest alternative to not being able to do what i love. Since im in no risk of permantley disabled if i dont have suregeroy its the best alternative.
The only hang up is here in america everyone is so worried about drug addiction that i cant get what i need prescribed. I have to get it illeagly or through frineds that no my sitiuation.
I hate it with a passion but im not about to stop doing what i love on a chance the suergory will fix me.
good luck and not only would escort motor and trans help you a bit it would make it faster. you could also move the front seats back a inch or so to give more leg extension hope you get better and make it through alright im so sorry you have to get rid of your car.
