Marchal Light Surronds

I am clearing out my late fathers shed and have come across quite a lot of morris minor parts, I have come across some parts which I am not sure if are morris minor and wondered if you could help solve the mystery. I have found some Marchal light surronds which have written on them Grande Portee and have a ref number number on the inside which is 6378. I would appreciate any help they are just over 6 inches in outside diameter kind regards Andy.
