Hello everyone and many thanks for your replies.
I tried to clean the plate on the chassis and let you know the car and the engine number. I think this will help a lot of you

ENGINE NO: H 21945

I hope i got this right cause there's a lot of paint and ryst on it.

Hi Yiorgos,

The chassis number confirms that your car is a Morris Minor, 4 Door, Dark green RHD Export model. Not sure that the numbers you have given are correct but I'd estimate that the car was built during the summer of 1956 as chassis number 448714 was built in late September '56 (perhaps your number is 446817?)

Dont know if you've read it but I've said in another post on here.

Sometimes if you look up under the dash behind the steering wheel on original minors theres a paper tag label on the wiring loom with an assembly date on, so its got to be later than that date.
