If you intend doing the timing chain change it for the duplex type as they are more durable, also if it hasn't been done recently a change of brake fluid would be a good idea, and if you intend doing all the oils remember the gearbox uses 20w50 engine oil.
Looks an excellent car for the money.

What's wrong with the timing chain? They usually last a very long time and although they can get a bit noisy they rarely break.

Unless you really ned to change the timing chain it is not worth the effort. It is very rare for them to break and unlike a modern car with a rubber timing belt you are not likely to end up with valves in the tops of the pistons, so if it is OK then leave well enough alone.
Concentrate on a full brake service, that is much more important.

Any thoughts on the colourCream with Blue pipe or maybe like a stone or ivory colour??
If anyone is handy with photoshop can they change the colour of the seats

Very nice - sounds like you got a bargain there.
Regarding the interior - why not do it in the original colours?
Have a look at this thread to see how I restored the interior of mine:

All the best!
