I've just acquired this 1968 2 door saloon (my first Morris Minor) at a general auction on the Isle of Wight. The previous owner sadly has died, but it is clear he had started to do some restoration work on it, which I am planning to continue. History of the car is scant - would anyone know anything about it? I believe the previous owner was an MMOC member, so I will be contacting the secretary of the IoW branch.

Welcome to the forum. DVLA may be able to provide some past owner details for you - and Heritage will supply the makers details - for a fee!
