Morris Minor Owners Club

Ok so you've got a custom or modified Morris minor and you don't want to paint it in one of the original colours. What colour does everyone thinks looks best. Show off pictures of your Morris. I can't decide on a colour.

Lime green

Metallic pink

VW Aqua blue or black voilet, or maybe even Oak green, all metallics, but great colours. Examples of these are posted on the other site

anyone done a british racing green traveller?

My first commission was on a BRG Fiat TC traveller, nice colour but not the best against wood.

Perhaps a non-original black?

My rat-looker is satin black with burnt orange inner wings and chequered engine bay in those two colours

How about silver?
I know it's a common car colour now but it should high light the curves nicely

Any colour you want, as long as it's BLACK (Note to pedants - I know he never said it)

I love a nice dark metallic blue on a modified classic, looks fantastic.

Ford radiant red for me.

I think Powder blue, St Patrick's blue or Indigo would look cool. (Little bias in my love of blue in general.)
