hi folks, just wondering if there was ant type of tubing to NOT get for the gauge. i assume i need some sort of semi thick walled tubing so that it doesn't compress with the vacuum.
any advice or links would be appreciated! cheers!

I'm using rubber (?) fuel line..... Although the best stuff to use would be hydraulic or pneumatic small bore tubing...

Well, I look at it now and agian but I find best use is when on Motorways as you can lift off the pedal slightly and still maintain your speed and use less fuel.

You don't need a gauge to do that!

I find mine helps as sometimes its not easy to tell how much pressure is being applied to the throttly pedal depending on what kind of footware I have on.... If we always drove in slippers it would be easy

They're also handy for checking engine health , mixture & ignition timing etc

I will have one fitted to my latest addition. No gearbox, so no quick shifting into top gear
