Absolutely excellent - and very well done indeed. It looks brand new! You can be very proud of all your hard work. Looking forward to seeing it 'in the flesh' at next years' classic shows. Although I will be ashamed to park my rather 'time worn' car alongside yours!

The photos were taken in Elie, its a great location for nice scenery. I work in Cupar so the Morris may get a trip out there one day!

Thanks everyone for your kind comments :D

Thanks :D took me just over 6 months, working some evenings, every weekend and a weeks holiday from work. I am about 20 miles east of Kirkcaldy.

Elie indeed? My parents often go there for a Sunday afternoon walk and visit to the wee Golf course tearoom. Lovely place and just the right setting for a fab traveller

You may be surprised to know that I didn't change the colour - it was always (and still is) smoke grey.

The old paint (and some poor respraying work) was so faded that it looks almost white in the photos - if you ran your hand across the paint you would get a white powder on your hands  It spent the last 22 years of its life sitting out in all weather - I guess that takes its toll.

I haven't resprayed the dash - at least now the exterior paint matches this!
