need to replaced the entire wood on traveller except for the roof beams.
Stared to remove guttering and headlining as it is damage (needs replacing also). Can anyone advise, have removed bolts in the crossmember of roof and removed rubber seal and the roof seems to be nailed from front end onto the roof railing timber!! how do you remove the roof from the front without using excess force or remove the nails.
Hope this makes sense!!
Thanks

Thats right, the roof has a folded flange at the front and its nailed onto the timber frame behind. You will need to remove the timber frame complete with the roof, from the car - this will give you access to remove and later refit the roof.
I would try to remove the nails with the plier type wire cutters or pincers.
