Trying to find a good source for parts. I'm in California.
Excellent source in Oregon, but he's pricey on many items.

This UK source has tons of parts and a good online shopping cart, but has not responded to any of my emails in a week.

Are they still in business? Reliable? Hate to take a chance and blindly order if they don't answer email.

TIA. Moggy is in the body shop (spa) for rust removal and eventual restoration. Need window rubber, door panels, etc...

TIA

Are they still in business?
Yes and they are one of our biggest suppliers of parts over here.
I do know that some of our suppliers have had issues/problems with mail order supplies to the US, I dont know what the issues are I cant explain the lack of email response.

I have used them (and other suppliers!) without problems for many years, but i am UK based.
Never had an issue with not getting a reply to any enquiry so maybe your emails are not getting through to them? :-?

Why not telephone Bull Motif and ask them directly ? As above - maybe your emails are somehow not getting to them - perhaps filtered out by a 'virus detection' program. Wouldn't cost a fortune for a short call - in fact zero if you use a VoIp phone, as I do!
Bull Motif do have an excellent reputation - so don't worry on that count.

Thanks - I'll give them a call Monday. They list prices in US dollars, so I was assuming they shipped overseas.

You can rely on Bull Motif, they are one of the most respected Minor and A35 parts suppliers. I have used them many times with no problems at all, they are great guys there.

and just worth mentioning that they provided all the parts for Katy's MOT for free :-)

By the way, Katy is the MMOC's Marie Curie Charity car helping us raise money for cancer this year.

I can vouch for Andrew Eggleton too. I'm lucky enough to live close to him so I can avoid postage costs, but he'a a very well informed guy and can get almost any part. His parts are of an equal quality to any of the other specialists IMO.

I have bought most of the parts needed for my Traveller from Bull Motif.

Always excellent service with next day delivery - better service than many main dealers for current production cars. Cannot fault them.

I've only ever had one problem with BM. When I rang them it was apparantly due a faulty batch of parts.

When my order arrived (about a week later) I had a personal, hand written apology on the invoice.

Top Dollar!

I have a feeling its due to US litigation / liability laws. I guess the risk of being sued for $millions makes it too risky. :-?

Yes - few companies will ship Safety Critical parts (brakes/steering etc) to USA.
