I recently spent a week in the UK, from Portsmouth through Wiltshire to Devon, back to Wiltshire & return by Portsmouth. I saw ONE Moggie: and that was on Portsmouth docks, being towed behind a mega camper van waiting for the Bilbao ferry.
Do you lot just chat? Doesn't anyone in the UK ever drive a Minor???

See the posts under "there'll soon be no Minors left". Like lots of others, mine is used every day. You were just in the wrong place!

I'd love to drive mine but reckon I have about 1 year's work left to finish first to get it roadworthy

Last time I totted it up, I'd done about 20,000 miles in 18 months. But I see from a quick Google that there are 230,000 miles of road in the UK. So I'm not doing very well, evidently.

Well done Dru. Perhaps one year you could join us on the LEO and get nearer to your goal

mine gets out at least a few times a week and has done about 3k this summer.
I do agree that you don't see many on the roads though. Shame because they do break up the same old, same old of boring repmobilemummywagons.

Mine can been seen on the M1 on the (thankfully) restricted to 50mph bit near Nottingham every workday.

eeek ... mine is 'on the road' (as in taxed, insured and physically on the road) but as ever at least one wheel is up in the air at any one time while I continue to rebuild the underside to my satisfaction!
