Clutch Linkage

Post by Jefftav »

Hi All,

I am about to start messing on with the clutch linkage on the ford five speed conversion. I could use the standard mechanical conversion (I don't want to use a hydraulic change) but I have heard of others who have extended the clutch pedal and made there own bracket to connect directly to the adjusting rod.

Anymore info and pics on this would be welcomed.

Cheers, Jeff

Im not familiar with the type 9 box, but you could run a straight adjustable link between the the clutch pedal lever and the clutch fork. And then run a stabilizer bar from the transmission ( maybe the slave cylinder boss? not sure) to the front cross member.
