feeler gauge metric to inches conversion

Hi I have lost my imperial size feeler gauge and need to use my metric version instead. Can anyone tell me what 12 thou and 15 thou are in metric please? Thanks, John

1 metre =39.37inches.

12 thou = 0.3mm
15 thou = 0.38mm
at least that's what it says on my Morris Minor mug!

1mm = 40 thou (near enough as makes no odds)
so 0.1 mm = 4 thou and so on !
