Hi everyone, Good afternoon!
Can anybody help me please?

I have a traveller with a 1275cc engine, but my insurance co want to know the HP difference between the 1000cc lump and the 1275cc lump an for the life of me I cant find it in any books or mags i have.
i did point out that both my wifes 4 door and my pick up have the same engine and they didn\'t want to know about them when I put them on cover????????
I have no alternative but to keep searching.
any help will be greatly received. :D
Thank you
Norman difference

The published figures for the 1098 and 1275 are 48BHP, and 60BHP in single carb Austin 1300 trim and 65 BHP in twin carb 1275 Midget and 1300GT. I haven't got the figures for the Marina / Ital.
These figures are the old DIN standard and are slightly higher than todays measurements

There wasn't a 1000cc Minor.
They were:
948cc - 34bhp
1098cc - 48bhp

The Marina 1275 was 55bhp and the Ital 65bhp
