Post Office Van wanted

Just received an e-mail requesting a Post Office Van for a special event.

My name is Kevin Bingham, a Lt Col in the Royal Logistic Corps based in Grantham.
This year is the 100 yrs of the Ta and there have been a number of events to celebrate this fact throughout the year.
The last event is a renaming of a steam train at Quorn stn nr loughborough. the train being named The Territorial Army 1908 2008. It is a major event with HRH The Duke of Gloucester attending. aside from the renaming we are also re producing a mail drop with another steam train. Delivering First day covers to The British Forces Post Office display van , also on the site. I am looking for a vehicle or a couple, for display purposes and to take the mail about 100 yds from the train drop to the BFPO unit ........HRH will then sign covers.
Anyone attending will have the chance to have a meal on the train(2 hr trip)
The event is on the 8th November.
Any help you can give would be very much appreciated.
