Since I started the thread elsewhere I might as well continue the subject here.

I am. Probably in Lintilla (my saloon).
With any luck wibble_puppy will be there with her van too.

I think that as usual most of the attendees will be club officials that attend the liaison meeting in the morning
Which reminds me, both my wife and myself are branch officials, but I do not recall seeing an invitation. Could be wrong of course.

I just thought, if there is a Moderators meeting, I will of course attend this.

From Lord Mayors thread.
Judge- I don't think I have received an invite yet either. By the way there is no Liaison meeting in the morning (we will be driving around Oxford) so I will be in the audience.

That's very unusual isn't it?

Is there? So members have still got plenty of time to suggest resolutions etc then

All members queries are valid Dale, but if you don't want them lumped under 'Any Other Business', which is often limited timewise, then they shold be notified to the committee asap for formal inclusion.

PS If I were going, I would have submitted a considerable number of questions already, both from myself, and on behalf of members.

I, of course, have read minor matters from cover to cover and know where and when the AGM is to be held but do you think for the benefit of those that dont know, the date time and venue could be repeated in this thread?

All of my questions have the best interests of the Club, ie the membership, in mind.

So do mine of course! The words new and fresh spring to mind.
