sloppy door hinge

My RH lower door hinge has a significant amount of slop in it, which causes the door to sag well out of alignment (top of door bashes the b pillar when closing).
Is the hinge servicable or is it time to replace?
Any tips for removing the hinge? It looks like someone's had a go at it before - most of the screw heads are chewed up.

you could try and wels a bolt ontop of the bolt holding the hinge but if you have play in the door hinge then i could just be you hinge pins that have worn do just a replacement of them sould sort out your problem however you may still need to take you hinges off

Tight screw heads can usually be removed with an impact screwdriver set
and, if the hinge pins are worn, you can buy oversize pins which require you to run a suitable drill down the hinge sections which will restore them to 'as new'. (By the way the hinge pins knock out from the bottom upwards). The oversize pins are available from Minor Developments Ltd
on 01562 747718 and the drill size you will need is 0.328".
