Hi folks,
If anyone's planning to go this weekend and wants a pass, I now have a spare one as one of my stall helpers can't make it. If you PM me your address, I'll pop it in the post for you.

Same.

Should still be going. Is the owners club going to have a stand there?

Yes, the Club will be having a stand, usual area but I'm afraid I cannot remember the number.

Snapped up by the first taker! Wondered if the offer would last the night out or not!

Far as I recall the OwnersClub Stand is on the end of an aisle in Green field, so it may be G282/305 or G245/272 if thats helpful for anyone looking for it. If not those, its the next aisle across, but you'll be in the right area.
I normally go past on the way from my stall R111/112 to the showers, so just looked on a straight line between them on the plan...
See you all there anyway.

Well did everyone have a good time at Beaulieu ?- I went on the Saturday and it was warm & sunny 8) - I felt sorry for the stallholders in the bottom half of Yellow field as it was a sea of mud ! but the rest wasn't too bad. Met a lot of great people but not many from here - Minor Developments, MGM & Club spares had stands as well as Fairmile but everytime I passed, Iain was conspicuous by his abscence :D

All in all a great day - but very exhausting - 3 hour drive, 9 hours mooch around, 3 hours drive - well worth it though.

I managed to find an MM waterpump on the 3rd stall I went past!!
Lots of ignition bits plus a few other odds and sods.

I made a terrible mistake when we were leaving. I showed my wife that awesome silver Austin 7 Ulster replica between the Brabazon Bar and the auction rooms, the one with the hand-made alloy body. She liked it. I bought one.
Image
Anyone into Sevens or have any Seven bits?

I was busy trudging round buying stuff on the Sat! Otherwise known as spending the takings! Spent more time on the stall on Sunday. A friend of mine brought a pedometer and covered 5 miles on Sat....

Was rather taken with the rather audaciously bodied Austin 7 in Green field

A lovely bit of 'tin bashing'! Slightly out of my budget though, so I'll have to do my own one day...

Iain.

I was hoping you might be able to 'tin bash' my lowlight front wings. I'm told that you are nifty with a gas torch. Just the rearmost inch is bubbling but I wanted undistorted panels before it goes in the chem tank for a strip and electro-coating.

Any chance?
