well had a look at the car today and they are getting on pretty well
all wings are off and all underseal on the inner wings is off and found mostly original paint
on passenger side fouund a small hole in the rear inner wing near the shipping bracket, this is now done and all that was found to be wrong
drivers side was as expected a few holes on the inner wing front so decided to have a new half wing put in, new crossmember end and a small peice let in the drivers cill , also the lower rear wing bit where the last captive nut is by the lower wing flange and that will be all the welding done
so all rot is cut out
fitted one new old stock rear wing and is a good fit
new old stock bootlid is also fitted and fits well
front panel and valence has been left on so they can get the fit of the front doors and wings
then all will be removed again for the prep and respray

the garage is in pevensy and ask for ken if anyone is thinking about a restoration
or other work then i can recommend them
they will also do mechanical and upgrade work
