Snetterton track day
We will be attending a charity track day at Snetterton on the 9th of October, I'm hoping to put together a group of modified Minors to add to the appeal, as they always attract lots of attention when going up against a Ferrari,TVR or Porche.
If you are interested then please PM me you email address and I'll forward the entry form. There are limited spaces available so speed is of the essence.

This event – our fourth at Snetterton - is steadily filling, so if you have not yet put your name down or sent your cheque please do look at the calendar now, and reach for your wallet. There are plenty of regulars and so far three new faces; cars range from modern(-ish) saloons to several Lotuses, Austin Healeys and Jaguars; about half the places have been taken.
Hi Martin
Here is part of the invite from C Darwin the organiser............
I plan the same maximum 40 cars total, with 16 on track at a time. Drivers can again expect ten minutes on track followed by fifteen minutes in the pitlane throughout the day – about two hours total on track during the day. The noise limit will be 105dBs – no car at our trackdays has yet failed.
Ideally a broad range of modified Minors would be great, and I'm about to rattle a few editors cages to cover the event in mags such as Retro cars Performance classics and the Minor mags.
Hopefully I'll take a video camera to record most of the event.
The charity info is as follows
Jonathan Palmer has again generously provided Snetterton circuit at a discounted price. We hope to raise over £3000 again to share between East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices www.each.org.uk and Combat Stress, the Ex-Services Mental Welfare Society www.combatstress.org.uk
