Hi everyone
I am looking for a roadwheel for a 1953 MM. I am in Ireland so would prefer an irish based wheel because of delivery costs but will consider elsewhere will pay cost of wheel and delivery

I have one - maybe!
It has the larger PCD (not 4" like the SII or 1000).
What size should the centre hole be?? This one is quite big, so I asn't sure if it was an MM wheel or something different.

Ray - if Ian buys the wheel I'm going to be at the NEC next weekend and could potentially collect it from you and take it over to him.

Hi Ray

Does it look like the picture of my wheel. The centre of my wheel is approx 2.72 inches across and as I read on the other thread the pcd is 4.5ins and the wheel is held on with bolts

regards ian

Sorry for the false alarm. I had presumed the wheel was 4.5" PCD because it was bigger than 4" and looks like a Minor wheel.

I've just measured it and it's 5.5" PCD! Must be from something strange as I've not come across that before.

Good luck searching for your wheel - there will be some out there.

I will certainly have one, but i am in Dorset, so postage would be the only option which wouldn't be cheap!

Try Parcelforce or Royal Mail Standard Parcels. Postage for a bare wheel probably wouldn't be that much. You can post upto 20kgs for about £15.00

Within the UK or to Ireland? WPR could post it to me but only if he's quick as we sail on Saturday the 30th.

Hi PSL 184
Mayo is on the west coast of Ireland . I know its a bit of a cheek to ask but would there be any chance to post to Alex by next week and then I can send you the money for wheel and postage or any way of finding out how much to post to Co.Mayo in Ireland it may not be so dear as i had parts sent by ESM and Bullmotif and delivery was not over the top
regards Ian
