I seem to be the only minor owner in and around Grange over Sands area!?!?!

can this be true??? :o

This 1000 is my first minor and I'm loving driving him !!

(Yes the kids have named him - and according to my son, all his class reckon it's the coolest car on the school run :D :o stop, stop .. I'm blushing)

Well yes - the heaters are very inadequate - so in winter it will certainly be 'cool' !

Fit the uprated heater and you'll be lovely and warm in the winter. :D

Just ask in the local MOT garage - or at the petrol station. They will know if there are other Minors about.

Good idea.

As far as the heater is concerned, don't worry about it until you have driven the car in the winter. I use my convertible all year round, and have done for over 10 years, and the standard heater is fine.

Aye, the standard heater did me fine - once it'd been flushed thoroughly, and the foam replaced (because essentially, all the air was going around the matrix).

A hotter running thermostat also gave it a bit of an extra boost, for those long winter motorway runs...

i take my grandson to school every day in our morris ,also i pickup our other two grandchildren two afternoons from school every weekt , they realy love it,as for the heater it is excellent.also there is another morris also does the scool run in the morning, probably unusual to see two morris cars in the same street 5 days aweek.i have a suzuki grand vitara and fiat panda multijet, give the kids a choice the morris is the one for them. the sad fact is i may have to sell her as due to illness i need some thing a bit bigger, may go up to a wolseley/ riley, 1500. if i do i hope they like that as much, grandad
