Revised number plate and possition

Had to repair the front of the Minor so re possitioned and made a new front number plate at the same time.

That looks better, much neater.
[puts on pedant hat] but of course, the weight of the typeface is too heavy to be legal [takes off pedant hat]

I'm not sure that's true, given the age of the car
