I'll be setting out tyhe fire extinguishers.

As to camping I'll have my Trailer Tent there. Its big and green you can't miss it and I'll hang the Website group Banner either on it or next to it.

So that we can all camp some where near each other.

We will have a Gazebo and stuff on Branch Avenue. I guess we can decide Friday night which cars are going on Branch Av.

It would be good if a few people brought some milk, sugar and teabags and a cup.

I'll bring my cool box.

Will there be a visitors book on the stand (OK , A4 sheets on a clip board) so that members can leave names, messages, comments, etc? Will prove a useful check of who has visited and also potential new MMOC/messageboard members.

A PLEA: I hope all visitors will be welcomed on the stand and they don't see a group under the gazebo sharing the 'in' jokes and ignoring everyone else
