Yes, as long as you don't negatively criticise them and you don't own/work for the business in question. I'm not sure why so many people are confused by the policy.

OK: I've had fantastic service from Maurice's Mighty Motors. They always have exactly the right bits in stock and never ask me to pay.

Not OK: Avoid Mr Bodgit's Garage. He'll nick your fluffy dice and stuff your exhaust with used teabags.

Not OK: Bring it to my place. I'll get my wife to polish your hubcaps for free!

The exception is that moderators aren't allowed to make recommendations because it might seem like an official endorsement by the club.

If it doesn't work, you're not hitting it with a big enough hammer.

You will find that many of the MG car places have parts that will fit the mechanical aspects of a Minor. Body parts may have to be imported from UK.

Thanks for clearing that up! I've had good results from Mini Mania, 870 Gold Flat Road, Nevada City, CA, 95959-3200 Tel 530 470-8300. They have a website, too, but I've lost the address.

Yes, I'm a dill.
Try www.minimania.com
Parts for mostly classic minis and the new plastic ones but a reasonable range of minor parts.
